1. Order Verification & Dispatch Timeline

Unlike standard automated websites, we prioritize security. Once you submit your order details on our Secure Checkout page, your order enters a temporary reservation state. Our logistics team will contact you via a direct phone confirmation call within 24 hours. As soon as your physical device availability and delivery address are verified over the phone, your package is securely handed over to our tracking couriers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection Protocol

Since we operate on an uncompromised Cash on Delivery (COD) workflow, you do not input any financial digital credentials online. When our shipping partner arrives with your package:

• Please ensure an adult is physically present at the provided shipping address to receive the secure parcel.
• You can easily pay via standard physical cash configurations or integrated mobile card terminals upon handover.
• Every package is explicitly sealed with tamper-proof security tracking tape. If the tape is broken, kindly report it to our helpline instantly.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts & Address Re-routes

If our courier partner cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or absence during multiple contact attempts, the package will safely return to our distribution depot. Our team will attempt secondary phone call routing to schedule an alternate delivery date. Repeated failure to confirm or answer tracking delivery attempts will result in temporary reservation suspension.
