Since we do not charge your credit card upfront on this website, no order is considered legally finalized until our support team successfully contacts you via phone call to verify device availability, specifications, and shipping details.
We offer standard Cash on Delivery (COD) across our local coverage zones. You agree to provide accurate, complete physical address data and maintain an active phone number. Payment must be handed over in full to our authorized courier partner at the exact moment of physical package delivery. Failure to provide payment upon delivery will result in immediate cancellation of the order.
While we strive to keep all flagship devices (including Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, and OnePlus models) updated with exact live stock information, minor stock level lags may occur. In instances where a reserved device is temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the request or offer an alternative specification/color variant during the phone verification process.
Our standard 12-Month Warranty strictly covers spontaneous internal component failures, manufacturing defects, and factory errors. This contract automatically becomes void in cases of user-inflicted accidental drops, screen cracking, third-party software tampering, jailbreaking, or severe water/liquid exposure.
